The history of Italian football is undoubtedly linked to that of Torino Football Club's. The Club, founded in 1906, has a unique history, enriched by seven serie A titles and five Coppa Italia cups. In the '40s the "Grande Torino" conquered five straight titles and is considered by many as the greatest team to ever play in Italy: only a fatal plane crash at the hill of Superga could stop them on May 4, 1949.
President Cairo's Club is now stably in serie A with a growing trend. Our Youth Sector, the most successful in Italy, has become once again a fundamental resource for us. Great attention is also dedicated to the sports facilities, with the reborn Filadelfia in which the first team trains and the Primavera plays. Our future has a strong backbone.
