Ryca Motors makes augmented reality software for the automotive and powersports industries, which allows vehicles to be customized with virtual parts and accessories.
In 2010, RYCA changed the motorcycle customization game with their modular kits, helping thousands of garage builders turn average bikes into show-stopping cafe racers. Searching for new and better ways to help their customers select, configure, and install aftermarket parts lead them to a technology that is ideally suited to the automotive and powersports industries: Augmented Reality (AR).
To develop and test their FantomView prototype, RYCA created the world's first custom bike built with AR -- the tenth anniversary edition of their legendary CS-1 Cafe Racer. They are now developing FantomView into a fully-featured AR platform for the automotive and powersports industries, with individually tailored solutions for dealerships, manufacturers, and retailers.
RYCA has been featured on Jay Leno's Garage, LA Times, and Popular Mechanics.
