MMN was started in the basement of a Brunswick Avenue house back in 1996 as a dial in bulletin board service. As the internet grew, we expanded our offering to free email, then free web hosting and now today as an all around internet service provider. We continue to build on our Toronto roots and provide the best Canadian focused service on the market.
We firmly believe that all of our customers deserve an equal level of service, that is why our customer support is open to all customers regardless whether they hold a free hosting account or a paid service from us. We don't believe in a premium VIP service, all of our customers receive a response within 60 minutes during working hours (40 seconds by phone, 90 seconds by chat) and all customers receive a dedicated contact for their account.
